1. Scope of Construction services at Vietnam Management Board
Vietnam Board of Management accepts construction contracts for a variety of project lines and auxiliary items:
A. Construction of all types of projects

Civil Works: Construction of office buildings, apartment, hotel, commercial housing, villa, high-end townhouse.

Industrial Projects: Factory construction, warehouse, manufacturing factory, Prefabricated steel frame roof system.

Technical infrastructure projects: Construction of internal roads, leveling system, water supply and drainage system, lighting.
B. Detailed bidding package items

Construction of Rough & Structural parts: Digging foundations, foundation treatment, pouring reinforced concrete for foundations/columns/beams/floors, erection of steel structures.

Finished Construction: build, plaster tiling, paint and putty, plaster ceiling construction, door installation, interior and exterior finishing.

M&E & Fire Protection Construction: Installing electrical systems, water supply and drainage system, Air conditioning and fire protection system are synchronized.
